Welcome to the Houmbolt Research Center in International and Comparative Law. Houmbolt local scholars and researchers along with its group of international collaborators worldwide offers five core programs: IRGSS Houmbolt International Relations and Global Strategies Studies; PRACTA Global Legal Research; PRACTA International Organizations and Tribunals; the HACLR Houmbolt American Comparative Law Review; and the Ohio Speaker Series.

The Houmbolt Research Center is a non profit academic organization committed to the development of international law in the United States and overseas, which has become one of the largest academic forums and research network resources in the country.
